Oscar Rope Leads. A soft rope lead, the "Oscar" lead is held securely into place by a plastic clasp.
The O ring on the handle allows the user to connect poop bags or keys or connect the clasp to the O ring around your neck/shoulders for easy carrying when the dog is off the leash.
